The Off The Lip 2019 conference will be held at the UP Open University in Los Baños, Laguna, Philippines. Los Baños is a designated Special Science and Nature City and is home to major research institutes such as the International Rice Research Institute (IRRI) and the Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA).
